About Latina Empowerment Conference
Second Annual Latina Empowerment Conference will be held on April 6th 2018 @ Bakersfield College. The purpose of the Latina Empowerment Conference is to provide a forum for personal growth and development for local youth. The conference will provide a cultural lens based on experiences of Latinas. The objective is to provide a platform for engagement and interaction among multiple generations and begin a dialogue focused on Latina empowerment. Volunteers are needed for various positions such as: Check-in, human arrows & team leaders. You will be able to experience this amazing conference while volunteering! Volunteers must be 18+.
