About Family Fest
This all-ages event will give children, youth, and families a chance to learn about philanthropy. Lots of fun included, of course!
Volunteers are needed to interact with families, set out and manage materials, assist with activities, answer questions, and help out at giving stations.
*Please arrive at the Marriott Convention Center 15 minutes before your shift for a quick training on your role.*
Volunteer shirts and lanyards will be available to pick up at the Community Foundation November 13th - 15th or at the Convention Center prior to your volunteer shift.

We need volunteers to help with:
Giving Station Volunteer
Giving station volunteers assist families, as needed, while they make online donations. You'll problem solve so people can give extra!
Skills needed: Outgoing, can stand or sit in the same location for over an hour, comfortable with technology, and patience to work with people.
Greeter
Greeters welcome everyone to Family Fest, help direct them, and answer questions. You'll help people find their way to the fun.
Skills needed: Enjoy interacting with families, comfortable answering the same question many, many times.
Floater
Floaters go around Family Fest, fill in for an absent volunteer, and identify any issues that arise. You'll be our most flexible - and really active! - volunteer.
Skills needed: Flexibility, can-do attitude, alright moving between floors and anywhere else needed during Family Fest.
