About ExtraGive FEST 2023
ExtraGive Fest 2023 will have tons of new, fun things happening! NEW this year ExtraGive FEST and One World Festival have combined to celebrate Lancaster County’s spirit of generosity and cultural vibrancy. We'll have live music, and more as we count down the final hours of ExtraGive 2023! ExtraGive Fest is a high-energy party unlike any other - we're celebrating giving in Lancaster! Volunteers are a huge part of making this event a success.
Important Details:
>Plan to arrive 20 minutes before your volunteer shift starts.
>One World Fest will run from 12 pm to 8pm, and ExtraGive Fest will run from 8 pm to 12 am. We are seeking volunteers from 8 pm to 12 am.
>ExtraGive FEST is free and open to the public. If you test positive for Covid-19 please do not attend in person events until you test negative.

Application Process
1. Volunteers will need to create a GiveGab account to sign up for a position: http://givegab.com/signup. Click the "VIEW MORE" button at the bottom right of the page to view all opportunities. When signing up, make sure you CHOOSE A TASK.
2. Let us know your preferred size for your ExtraGive Volunteer t-shirt. We will try to reserve the size you need, however, they are first sign-up first serve. Submit your SHIRT SIZE here: https://form-usa.keela.co/extragive-volunteer-t-shirt-size
3. Join us to pick up volunteer supplies on NOV. 10 at MEZCLA ICE CREAM from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/751802630907?aff=oddtdtcreator.

Parents and children are invited and encouraged to get involved.
We need volunteers to help with:
Volunteer Vault (8 pm - 10 pm)
You'll act as security for volunteer central. The Volunteer Vault is where we keep bags, coats, and snacks/water for volunteers. You'll keep items safe and sound.
Skills needed: Friendly with a watchful eye.
Greeter (8 pm - 12 am)
Greeters welcome everyone to ExtraGive Fest, help direct them, and answer questions. You'll help people find their way to the fun.
Skills needed: Enjoy interacting with strangers, comfortable answering the same question many, many times.
Volunteer Vault (10 pm - 12 am)
You'll act as security for volunteer central. The Volunteer Vault is where we keep bags, coats, and snacks/water for volunteers. You'll keep items safe and sound.
Skills needed: Friendly with a watchful eye.
Floater (8 pm - 12 am)
Floaters are all-purpose volunteers. You'll fill in for an absent volunteer, or identify any issues that arise. You'll be our most flexible - and really active! - volunteer.
Skills needed: Flexibility, can-do attitude, comfortable moving between floors and anywhere else needed during ExtraGive Fest.
Photo Area (8 pm - 12 am)
Our Photo Pop-Up area is perfect for selfies and pictures! You'll help people snap photos and start their ExtraGive Fest experience with energy.
Skills needed: Excitement!, photo taking on a phone, standing for a longer period of time
