About ExtraGive Fest
ExtraGive Fest is a high-energy party unlike any other - we're celebrating giving in Lancaster! Volunteers are a huge part of making this event a success. Note: since alcohol is available at ExtraGive Fest, we ask that volunteers be at least 18 years of age.
*Please arrive at the Community Foundation 30 minutes before your volunteer shift starts for a quick training on your very important role. *
Volunteer shirts and lanyards will be available to pick up at the Community Foundation November 7:30 am - 6:30 pm 13th - 15th or at the Convention Center prior to your volunteer shift.

We need volunteers to help with:
Giving Station Volunteer
Giving station volunteers assist people at the ExtraGive Fest, as needed, while they make on-line donations. You'll problem solve so people can give extra!
Skills needed: Outgoing, can stand or sit in the same location for over an hour, comfortable with technology, and patience to work with people.
Greeter
Greeters welcome everyone to ExtraGive Fest, help direct them, and answer questions. You'll help people find their way to the fun.
Skills needed: Enjoy interacting with strangers, comfortable answering the same question many, many times.
Volunteer Vault
You'll act as security for volunteer central. The Volunteer Vault is where we keep bags, coats, and snacks/water for volunteers. You'll keep items safe and sound.
Skills needed: Friendly with a watchful eye.
Floater
Floaters are all-purpose volunteers. You'll go around ExtraGive Fest, fill in for an absent volunteer, and identify any issues that arise. You'll be our most flexible - and really active! - volunteer.
Skills needed: Flexibility, can-do attitude, comfortable moving between floors and anywhere else needed during ExtraGive Fest.
VIP Sponsors Volunteer
Our community sponsors help make the ExtraGive possible - you'll be welcoming them and directing them to the VIP area as they arrive.
Skills needed: Welcoming, attention to detail.
