The Lamoille Housing Partnership is a nonprofit organization committed to providing affordable housing to the local communities. Our Mission is to develop, rehabilitate, and maintains safe, decent, energy efficient affordable housing through rental, home ownership, or other means to low and moderate income persons and families living within Lamoille County and the Town of Hardwick. LHP provides such assistance without discrimination or prejudice using a combination of private and public funding partnerships.
With this tittle, nonprofit organization 501(c)(3), all of our money comes from fundraising events, grants and donations. LHP believes that building and providing affordable housing for seniors and low income families is a community responsibility and good for our local communities as well as our economy.
Since its opening in 1991 Lamoille Housing Partnership has created over 350 units of affordable housing of all kinds in lamoille county and the town of Hardwick.
The properties we develop, own and manage are structured so rental income covers most operating expenses.
However, there is little left over to pay for community office operations, property improvements, SASH for seniors, or other necessary operating expenses.
All donations made to Lamoille Housing Partnership are tax-deductible.

LHP would like to thank all that have supported our worthy cause through donations since the start of this campaign. This email is just to update you on our campaign status. So far we have raised $15 towards our $15,000 goal by the end of this year. Please if you could find it in your budget to lend us a hand, we would genuinely appreciate and you would make an honorable impact on someone's life.
