About Animal Care Opportunities!

We are always looking for new volunteers ! Some of the daily care needs are feeding and watering our cats, bunnies, chickens, turkeys, geese, and ducks, cleaning coops and outside areas, cleaning cat rooms, laundry, dishes, and socialization! We also hold occasional events that we need volunteers to assist with, and have dog walking opportunities available for our foster dogs! Application Process

There is an application that needs to be filled out on our website and an orientation will be set up after application is received. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Feeding and watering cats

Changing water and filling food bowls in the mornings and refreshing in afternoon shifts.

Cleaning cat rooms

This is a very physical task that involves scooping/changing litter boxes, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down cat trees/furniture and window sills, washing walls, and cleaning windows.

Dog walking

We have dogs up for adoption in a boarding facility who would love to go for long walks or play times!

Feeding and watering bunnies, chickens, ducks, geese, and turkeys

We are looking for morning and afternoon volunteers to change water, fill food buckets and refresh later in the day.

Cleaning chicken coops , rabbit hutches, and duck pools

We are looking for volunteers to help with cleaning out and changing chicken coops, rabbit hutches, and changing water and scrubbing out duck pools.

Feeding and watering cats
