About Invasive Species Removal
Join park staff at Lake Lansing Park for a volunteer opportunity in the great outdoors. Opportunities include non-native invasive species removal such as Garlic Mustard, Autumn Olive, Japanese Barberry, and more. Volunteers will learn how to identify invasive species in their area and methods for control, all while helping preserve their local parks and green spaces. Can accommodate groups of 3 to 20+ (all necessary equipment provided by the park).
