About WE NEED YOUR HELP

Are you good at talking with people? We need assistance contacting local merchants, restaurants, liquor stores, etc. to collect donations and/or gift certificates for the gift baskets.

Can you direct traffic? Volunteers are needed to help direct traffic in the parking lot. This is a great job for husbands and older children!

How are you at selling? We need volunteers during the tournament to help sell tickets for the gift baskets and merchandise.

Can you shag balls? We would love to have ball retrievers at the games to chase balls on the sidelines.

Want to join the Tournament Committee? We meet monthly to plan the tournament and organize the various activities that take place during the tournament weekend.

Kids are welcome. Does your high school student need community service hours? We will provide documentation certifying their participation. Younger children are invited to be Ball-Kids or sell tickets for the gift baskets.
