About Intercultural Exchange Program

Hello Participants!

With a start of a new step in your life, I’d love to inspire you to travel more and help you create a fresh to-visit across India.

We like to invite you and explore captivating monuments, magnificent museums and try one of the world’s best cuisines across India while you are with us.

Prior to departure, you will work with a Program Country Coordinator (PCC) to determine the project. You select a project; which best matches your skills and interests with the needs of the host community. We request visit this attached Project Activity folder to know well in advance.

This will assist you selecting interest of your field to volunteer with us in India and serve in the best interest of the community that we work.

If you do not find any matching programs of your interesting areas and skills fell free to tell us, we are ready to organize and facilitate for you at our convenience.

Here is a Step by Step Process and guideline for volunteers to follow to participate in the proposed Intercultural Exchange, Internship and volunteer Program.

Step 1: Apply online or Volunteer Application Form to host organization
Step2: Screening of application of applicants for eligibility criteria in participating in the prescribed programs done by / from host organization, India
Step3: Passing eligibility criteria, participant receive Invitation Letter from host organization, India
Step4: participant submits necessary legal documents to support before confirmation from host organization in India (Revised filled Volunteer Application Form, Letters or scholarship permit letter from respective agent , schools or colleges or others, Passport, Singed legal papers, Terms and Conditions, Signed Invitation letter, Visa permit, Health Insurance package permit, Physical Fitness certificate, Travel Itinerary plan, Address and Identity Proof of participant residency, Parents Approval Form, Travel Tickets from and to )
Step 5: Payment of Fee for the programs and receipt of fee paid send to the participants
Step 6: Online Orientation of the program for participants (Program and travel details pick up and drop schedules shared, board and accommodation confirmed and shared details to the participants)
Step 7: Final call or email from host organization, India
