About Afterschool/Summer Enrichment Program

Keene Housing provides a afterschool/ summer program for children ages 5-18 living at North and Gilsum st. and Harmony Lane Properties. The program provides enrichment opportunities for youth using several strategies to influence youth development, family, and community.

This program is provided free of charge to the youth and the sustainability lies heavily on volunteer participation.

Activities include but are not limited too: dance, gymnastics, swimming, bowling, hiking, tubing, field trips and arts and crafts.

During the school year we provide one hour of homework help followed by a snack and an hour and half of enrichment programming.
