About Photographers Needed To Capture Non-profit Event(s) to Benefit Homeless Kids

To College, a non-profit supply bank providing basic material needs to homeless children, youth and adults working towards self-sufficiency is looking for volunteer photographers for their upcoming events!

They are hosting a volunteer event on May 31st and a reception on May 30th.

How you can help!

1-2 hours of photography at the reception (May 30, 5pm - 7pm)

and/or

2-3 hours of photography on the day of the assembly event (May 31st, 10am - 1pm)

About The Events:

This fall, K to College is partnering with school districts to distribute school supply kits and dental kits to homeless children and youth throughout San Diego County. The San Diego Reception will be a celebration of this effort and a kickoff of the following day's assembly event, where over 500 volunteers will assembly more than 10,000 school supply and dental kits.

With the backdrop of countless pallets of materials staged for the following day’s volunteers, this reception will be an opportunity to thank our sponsors and raise awareness of our main goal for the next few years - to build a statewide supply bank (like a food bank, but materials) that can meet the basic material needs of our state’s 297,000 homeless kids and other low-income children and youth where possible.
