Junior Achievement of Southwest Michigan is looking for
volunteers for Battle Creek Central High School.

What: Present Junior Achievement “It’s My Future” program to 9th grade Academy students at the end of the school day.

Where: Openings are available at Battle Creek Central High School

When: November/December 2017 (Nov. 6- Dec. 15) one day per week for 6 weeks from 2- 2:40 PM (except Thursdays due to three half days during this time frame)

Commitment: Lessons are presented once a week for six weeks

Materials: Easy to use and activity-based materials are provided by JA

Training: JA staff provides a full orientation process and has online tools for volunteers to view prior to the first session. Teachers also remain in the classroom while you are there to help manage the students.
