About Resume Workshop

Students attended the resume workshop by Jeremy Dix counselor for Kean University of the Educational Opportunity Center. In the workshop, Mrs. Dix spoke to the students about how to build a resume, what can/cannot be put on it. He also talked about the structure and the context that they need to use, Mrs. Dix gave the students material that they can use (examples, vocabulary, and explanation of each area) to create a resume. Mrs. Dix went over also cover letter and the process of an interview. In addition to that (used 5 minutes) Mrs. Dix spoke about some programs that Kean University offers.
