Day-of Events Breakdown
Where: The corner of Alpine St. and Dillman Lane
When: Saturday, June 21st 10am – 3pm
9:30 am – 10am
Setting up materials for arts projects
10am - 10: 45am:
Guests arrive and are diverted to preferred arts project or work station
(Tire planter painting and assembly, hanging planter assembly, rain barrel painting)
10:45 am – 11am:
Food service begins
11am – 12:45 pm
Musical set begins; guests may continue to eat and participate in arts/labor projects
12:45 pm – 3pm
Water conservation/ rain barrel workshop
3pm –
breakdown and cleanup
