Have you ever wanted to direct an international or local organization or start one of your own? GLD training teaches you these skills including:
· Volunteer recruitment
· Volunteer and team management
· International law as applies
· Volunteer satisfaction
· Assessing community and individual needs for populations feeling voiceless and challenged
· Creating the teams and action units needed to address these problems and organizing action and follow up commitments
IHF gives you an opportunity to learn some or all of these skills, working with volunteers from around the world and the children and population we serve. As with the violin, practice is needed not just books.
IHF is a unique organization providing a safe place to practice these skills until expert while helping others. We offer an online global certificate as well as an at center GLD certificate.
