About Event Planner

The Event Planner will work closely with the the Fundraising Coordinator to ensure all events run smoothly. The volunteer will assist with finding event venues, negotiating contracts, finding and coordinating vendors such as security and photographers, permitting with appropriate city and parks departments, scheduling and working with volunteers. Must be very detail oriented, self-motivated and able to contribute positively in a fast paced environment.
