About Coordinate Service Requests from Your Own Home

Volunteer coordinators needed to match service requests with available volunteers. You'll be working with both our neighbors and our volunteers over the phone and via email for successful service delivery. Some of the tasks include: responding to phone calls from neighbors asking for a ride or other service; entering that service request into our cloud-based, HIPPA compliant, confidential software program; confirming volunteer assignments; and keeping these details updated online.

If you're computer literate and well-organized, have good internet service, and enjoy talking on the telephone with a patient and compassionate ear, this could be a perfect fit for you! All from the comfort of your own home. Special training is required and a commitment of 2 to 3 days per month (9am-3pm) is requested.

We start with an in-person interview and to be sure we're a good fit for each other, and then ask you to complete a written application and background check permission forms.
