About Weekend Rehab Friendly Visitor

Our rehab unit here at Dobie Road is in need of a friendly visitor. This entails coming once every other weekend to visit a few different short term rehab patients who may need someone to talk with. Some may wish to play a game, it just depends on the individual. The goal is to help uplift patients as they are here and not in the comfort of their own home.

Application Process

Call, come in, or look up our application to volunteer on our website at dobieroad.org. Fill it out and click submit, or e-mail it to the Hospitality Services Director at [email protected]. There is also a background check consent form that must be signed and submitted in order to process the application.

Parents and children are invited and encouraged to get involved.
