About Annual Spring Equipment Sale

Kayaking legend Rob Lesser started the original whitewater gear sale years ago. Meet us in the parking lot behind Cascade River Gear, located off Chinden Blvd. and 45th St. (down by the river).

All quality outdoor gear will be accepted! Rafts, kayaks, climbing gear, SUPs, canoes, mountain bikes, paddles, backpacks, camping gear, skis, dry suits, and more!

This is Idaho’s largest outdoor gear swap!

Gear swap check-in starts on Friday, April 21, 2023, from 3 pm-9 pm, so check your stuff early to avoid the following day’s rush.

Idaho Whitewater Association membership and volunteer board members run this sale.

25% of sales $999 or less and 20% of sales $1000 or more will be donated to support river safety, river access, and legal representation to support Idaho rivers.

Vendors: We invite you to set up a booth. Be sure to register your items. If you’re not interested in a booth – no worries. Register your items, and we’ll sell them for you. We are looking for SWAG donations for games throughout the day. Email us today at contact@idahowhitewater.net.
