About IAD Biennial Conference 2017

The Idaho Association of the Deaf is hosting our biennial conference this year in Post Falls, Idaho! In addition to that, we are having a youth conference geared toward Deaf teenagers all over the state from July 23rd – 27th. Conference information can be found at http://www.idahodeaf.org/events/conferences. Idaho Association of the Deaf is a 501 ©3 non-profit organization that works and serves the Deaf/hard of Hearing population all over the state of Idaho. We are the oldest disability-rights organization in Idaho.

In the past, we have had over 100 attendees, plus hundreds more that receive our programs and updates. Our theme this year is “Propel Positive Change”. There will be workshops for Interpreters, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, youth leadership as well as parents with Deaf/Hard of Hearing children.
