About Deaf Center Idaho
Deaf Center Idaho will be a space in one central location that serves the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community through services such as: Social activities, Interpreter services, Education/outreach workshops, Communication access advocacy, Information Referral, and Resources for Hearing parents with DHH children, etc.
Family-Friendly
Parents and children are invited and encouraged to get involved.

Fundraising Coordinator

Responsible to planning and running activities aimed at bringing money into the center. Ideas: restaurant for profit, online auction, asking businesses to sponsor event, etc.
Distribute letters to the businesses/companies, follow up and make arrangement to collect, if needed. Send Thank You letters.

Support fundraising coordinator as needed to let people know about the events, gain sponsors, recruit volunteers, and attend events.

Create flyers for fundraising events to be shared on websites and social media, contact newspapers and TV media to share the mission of the Deaf Center, create promotional videos sharing why people should donate to Deaf Center fund, etc.
