Interested in helping feed the poor? The Humanitarian Service Project is currently running a Monthly Meal program in which seniors living below poverty line are delivered a meal once a month by a volunteer. Volunteers either cook or buy a warm meal, and deliver it to a needy senior once a month. You can either sign up to volunteer regularly, or as a one time event.

This is a wonderful way to help provide for seniors living in our community who have few others they can rely upon for support. By delivering, you are not only giving them a delicious meal, but you are also helping to lift their spirits and show them that there are individuals in the community that care for their well being.

Provide a needy senior citizen with a monthly gift! Gift ideas include household items, personal care items, clothing and other small miscellaneous gifts. Only a $5 - $25 monthly commitment.

Volunteer to delivery 100 lbs. of groceries from our center to one or more of our needy seniors' homes.

Commit to sponsoring a needy senior in our Senior Citizen Project. Sponsorship's are $800 a year ($70/month) and co-sponsorship is $400 a year ($35). Your sponsorship provides a senior in need with a monthly deliver of 100 lbs. of groceries, paper products and personal care items.
