About House of Mercy BBQ Fundraiser
We have different opportunities to serve at the BBQ Fundraiser. We need friendly individuals to help with serving plates, work in the dessert and drink booth, collect tickets, help with cooking and clean up.

We need volunteers to help with:
Greeter
April 1, 2017 10:30am – 3:00pm
Greeting people as they are entering the grounds of the facility. We have signs that would need to be placed outside of the facility. (we will break the time up in 2 shifts
Serving & Packing Plates
April 1, 2017 9:00am – 3:00pm
Serving & Packing each plate, making sure they have all trimmings along with the meats and silverware. Once they are served they will be bagged accordingly to each sale of purchase

Kitchen Duty

Preparing the chicken, cutting onions & pickles placing them in baggies. Keeping area clean.

Drinks & Dessert Booth
April 1, 2017 9:00am – 3:00pm
Selling water & sodas, and delicious desserts.

Set-Up & Cleanup Crew
April 1, 2017 8:00am – April 30, 2017 3:30pm
Setting up the tables, chairs, tents and trash cans. Making sure the kitchen is clean, tables & chairs are put back in the cafe, the grounds.
