About Spiritual Volunteers

Additional training is provided to visit patients offering spiritual care. Visits are coordinated in conjunction with our Spiritual Care Coordinators. Weekly visits are an essential part of this team. A volunteer's calming presence with spiritual reflections are soothing to the soul. This opportunity can be utilized throughout central and southern New Jersey.

Application Process

A 16 hour training is provided before a volunteer can begin. 12 hours of classroom training and 4 hands on/ field training. * Additional training is required for this opportunity.
