About Horizons super summer support!

WA Upper School volunteers support the children in many ways! Horizons at Woodward is a success in part to the extraordinary support of our volunteers.
During the academic year, they help with events, create awareness through social media and campus efforts, and fundraise.
Throughout the six weeks of summer, they support in the classroom, during field trips, and even swim lessons to reduce the Horizons student to staff ratio down to 1:1 in most cases! There is also a HGD drive in May that students can contribute as we ramp up for summer 2017. This incredible support demonstrates a commitment to the children, their learning, and student leadership as role models. Commit the time, make an impact, change a life!
