PROFESSOR LOUIE & the CROMATIX featuring the WOODSTOCK HORNS
GRAMMY-nominated Professor Louie & the Cromatix, a Woodstock NY band plays 150 shows every year in the US and worldwide. Led by recording engineer and producer, Aaron “Professor Louie” Hurwitz on vocals, keyboards and accordion, The Crowmatix repertoire is steeped in rock ‘n’ roll, blues, Gospel and American roots music, and features a compelling collection of original and traditional tunes. The band’s latest release, Music From Hurley Mountain (Woodstock Records, 2016), showcases music written by Louie and his songwriting partner, vocalist, pianist and percussionist, Miss Marie (Rick Danko). Drummer Gary Burke (Bob Dylan, Joe Jackson), guitarist/vocalist John Platania (Van Morrison) and bassist/vocalist Frank Campbell (Steve Forbert, Levon Helm) complete the talented and versatile quintet.

The NYC-based musician, recording artist, and Grammy Recording Academy member has released five albums over seven years, all written, produced, and engineered himself. Argir's driven, DIY approach to music is an extension of his 30-plus years of recording and performing experience, and not only does he make the albums himself, he plays every instrument on them (with the exception of live drums).

JEREMY TORRES
Born and raised in Middletown NY Jeremy started writing music at the age of 15. Now 21 and taking New York by storm, his consistent evolution of sound has everyone buzzing on this up and comer. The release of Purple Nights in April of 2015 helped create an image and sound for the young artist. Newburgh NY was Jeremy's second home and played many shows in the area before and after the release of Purple Nights. There was something in the air everytime he played there. The first show Jeremy played with a packed crowd occured at The Wherehouse in Newburgh. Now working on his newest project, the "Times Like These" EP Jeremy plans on taking his career to the next level. Every time Jeremy performs he puts on a show with his soulful vocals and constant energy. I have no doubts that you will be seeing Jeremy Torres packing out theaters very soon and hearing his songs on the radio.
