On Monday, May 8, 2017, Hill Country Youth Ranch will be hosting its 5th Annual Healing Hearts Charity Golf Classic at Comanche Trace Golf Course in Kerrville, Texas. Registration and lunch start at 11:00 a.m. and tee time is set for 12:00.  Hill Country Youth Ranch is a non-profit 501(c)(3), Christ centered family home for 115 abused and orphaned children.
 
The path to healing for traumatized children can be a long one, and the Ranch must be ready to walk it with them.  HCYR staff cannot do it alone.  We must have community support to provide the programs that help children tee up for advancement and growth, even as we walk with them down the long fairways toward healing, looking for an ‘eagle’ to emerge, and success to become theirs. 
 
So come spend the day on the beautiful Comanche Trace course, have fun and know that you are playing with a two-fold purpose – to beat par for your team, and for theirs.  And that will happen whether you’re a great golfer or just come to lend your much-needed support to our cause.  Either way, we’ll be rooting for you to have a great time.
 
All proceeds from the golf tournament go directly to support the children now living at Hill Country Youth Ranch and Big Springs Ranch for Children.  Your participation would make a genuine difference.  Many of our children have overcome unimaginable abuses and are moving forward in their lives.  It encourages them to know that others care enough to make such a generous contribution of time and resources.
