About Adopt -A-Family for Christmas

Not everyone is fortunate enough to have the holiday season they deserve, but you can help change that for a family this year!

Helping Hands Ministries of Oktibbeha County will be continuing its annual Adopt-A-Family Adoption Week on Nov. 21st -23rd and Nov. 28th - Dec. 2nd. To adopt a family this year, please plan to visit our office (located at 603 University Drive between Coconuts gas station and St. Joseph's Catholic Church) on one of these dates between the hours of 9 AM - 12 PM & 1 PM - 3 PM. You will be able to look through a shortlist of families that are in need to adopt and then look at a more detailed sheet of families you are interested in adopting and choose or several to help out!

There will be families with children, as well as elderly and homebound individuals available to adopt. Each family will have contact information, directions to their home and recommendations for family items and individual gifts, including clothing sizes and hygiene items. Once you adopt a family, you will be responsible for contacting the family and making drop-off arrangements.
