About Handy Volunteers Needed To Help Seniors At Home

Join our team of volunteers who help with light fix-it and home maintenance tasks in client homes. Tasks may include things such as changing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries, hanging/removing holiday decor or pictures, interior or exterior painting, yard work, window washing, small fix-it projects and more. We will match you with client jobs according to your skills, availability and geographic preferences in the Twin Cities Metro Area.

Our clients are primarily older adults who need help to do some basic home maintenance tasks. With your help, they can remain vivacious and supported in life, while also providing their families with the knowledge and security to ensure that their home is the best place for them to be.
