About A Taste of the White House

HealthLink will once again welcome former White House Chef Walter Scheib, for "A Taste of the White House". Chef Scheib will serve up taste - through stories and recipes--of his eleven years as White House chef during the Clinton and Bush administrations. On the menu: Pepper-seared duck, fennel-crusted rack of lamb, red and gold beef carpaccio with fennel-citrus salad and herbed goats cheese, and triple chocolate and expresso "Jolt" ice creams with hot rum and banana. Each course is sprinkled with stories about the guests who dined on the food.
