About Adoption
Are you thinking of adopting a northern breed dog? Before you go any further, please take some time to consider what dog ownership entails. Our volunteers have written some good articles that can help you to make the right decision: So You Think You Want a Dog? and Why Should I Train My Dog? outline some of the practical, day to day points about bringing a new dog into your home.
We need volunteers to help with:

all foster dogs are kept in the private homes of our volunteers where they receive basic training and socialization to prepare them for adoption
