About tutoring

Many adult students are earnestly seeking to improve their literacy skills. You may be able to help! The Hanover Office of York County Literacy Council (YCLC) has students both, English as a Second Language and native born adults who are hoping for a volunteer tutor who will work with them as they study. Tutors may help their student learn English, or reach a literacy goal such as being able to read to their children or study for their High School Equivalency test.
