Our Bay-Waveland Women Build, in partnership with Lowe's during National Women Build Week, will be a three day event where women are welcome to volunteer for a half day, one day or more. It's an opportunity to come together with other women and advocate for decent, affordable housing for low-income families in their communities and around the world as families with children make up a staggering number of those in need of adequate housing. Interested in building with us? It’s always an event with lots of fun, food, and prizes and hard but satisfying work!

Call up your girlfriends to have fun and feel good!  That being said, we welcome male volunteers as well, so you can sign up the guys if you want to!

This year's event will be held in Bay St Louis, MS. 9:00 a.m. is our start time, lunch will be served and we will end our work day at 3:00 p.m. Please be sure to wear closed-toe shoes, bug spray and sunscreen is a great idea, as are gloves. Water will be provided and we suggest that you bring a personal water bottle to cut down on our waste. We'll have event tee shirts for you and a spot to change, as we would like everyone to be official "Women Build" volunteers!

Suggested donation of $20 includes supplies, tools, instruction, lunch and t-shirt. Door prizes will be awarded daily from local vendors!
