About Secret Shopper Phone Calls and Visits

At Great River Rescue, we desire to provide the highest level of customer service possible. To do that, it is important for us to constantly evaluate our performance and make improvements as needed. We are looking for volunteers to perform secret shopper phone calls and visits. As a secret shopper, you will follow a predetermined script and record ratings in various categories of customer service. Your help will help us become an even better shelter!
