About Board Member

Members of the board of directors offer their time, talents, and gifts to advance our mission. They are are ambassadors of the organization. They engage in strategic planning that guides the agency in program development and fundraising to ensure diversified funding streams and sustainability. The board of directors determine policies, procedures and regulations for the conduct of the agency and monitors organizational performance.

Applicants will engage in a screening process that includes an interview and reference checks, and must successfully pass background checks.
