How to Register:

Registration is $75 for adults and $45 for children. 

Registering One Adult:
The registration form will default to registering just one adult at a time for $75. 

1. Click the "Register" button above
2. Enter your information
3. Skip the question regarding teams if you are just registering yourself.
4. Hit "Next" and enter your credit card information. If you'd like to make an additional donation, enter that in the "Would you like to make a donation?" (not required). 

Registering more than one adult or a team: 
The registration form will default to registering just one adult at a time for $75. 

1. Click the "Register" button above
2. Enter your information
3. Enter the names of everyone you are registering.
4. Hit "Next". 
5. For each additional adult after the first, add $75 in the "Would you like to make a donation?" field. For example, you and your husband are registering, you would add $75 in the "Would you like to make a donation?" field, for a total registration amount of $150 - $75 is the default amount for 1 adult, and you just added an additional $75. If you are registering a team of 4 people enter $225 in the 'Would you like to make a donation' field.
6. Enter your credit card information and you're all set!

Registering with children:

1. Follow steps 1-4 from registering more than one adult.
2. For each child, add $45 to the 'Would you like to make a donation?' field. For example, if you have 2 children registering plus yourself, you would add $90 to the "Would you like to make a donation?", for a total registration of $165 - $75 for the default main registrant, and $45 for each child. If you wanted to register you, your husband, and your 2 children, you would want to add $165 to the "Would you like to make a donation?" for a total registration of $240 - $75 for the default main registrant, $75 for the second adult, and $90 for the 2 children.
3. Enter your credit card information and you're all set!

FootGolf Rules

• Wear appropriate clothing – golf or soccer attire (or any combination thereof) is perfectly acceptable

• Soccer shoes must not have cleats. Turf shoes and sneakers are permitted.

• Download the great new FootGolf App onto your Apple or Android phone.

• Do not bring any personal or outside food & beverage – we offer beverage cart service on the course
• Check into the Crystal Springs Country Club Pro Shop before beginning play
• Review your scorecard and become familiar with the course layout
• Be able to identify your ball
• Start each hole by kicking your ball from a position of up to 6 feet behind the 2 round red tee markers
• Ball must be “struck” by your foot – the ball cannot be swept, carried, or rolled by the bottom of one’s foot
• The ball cannot be struck while the ball is still moving
• If one player’s ball strikes another player’s ball, the ball at rest shall be returned to its original position
• There is a 2-stroke penalty for kicking another player’s ball
• Play the ball as it lies, unless your next shot is obstructed by a cart path, drainage grate, or immovable object
• If your play is obstructed, you may take relief within 3 feet of the obstruction, no closer to the hole
• If your ball lands in a water hazard or is out-of-bounds, then there is a 1-stroke penalty and the ball shall be played within 6 feet of where it crossed the boundary line
• Each strike of the ball counts as 1 stroke
• Each hole’s score is determined by the number of strokes taken until the ball is in the hole
