About Intake Specialist-Volunteer Income Tax Assistance
In the VITA Program, an Intake Specialist reviews that the intake sheet is filled out by the client before they go to a Preparer for their appointment and reviews the clients documents to make sure they have everything on hand that they need to have their income tax prepared.
Application Process
Contact Goodwill Offices, a background check will be performed.
