About Support Fair Trade by Volunteering at Global Village!

Volunteering at Global Village can be a lot of fun. If you are interested, you might know a little about fair trade practices already, and in-store you get to learn more about our inspiring venders from around the world. Volunteers are expected to greet, be friendly, and assist customers, to handle register transactions, price and put out new merchandise, and do some basic cleaning. Some of our volunteers come weekly, others monthly or so on. Whatever is right for you is fine. Call the shop or come by to learn more, or "join" us as a member on GiveGab, and access our Volunteer Information through our GiveGab Documents. We'd love to meet you!

Application Process

We have a short application process for aspiring volunteers, involving sharing related experience and why you want to help at Global Village. You can pick up the application from our retail location and bring it once you've completed it. Also, if you have "joined" our organization on GiveGab, you can access both a more detailed info sheet for volunteers as well as the application form through our GiveGab Documents. You can print that form out and return it to the store. Thanks!
