Just as girls in our program gain confidence and a sense of accomplishment through running, we desire our interns to gain the same inner strength through their training and work experience with GOTRLA. Internships provide the next phase in empowerment by preparing young women for success in the workforce. We believe interns should be actively incorporated into the work environment, providing meaningful work while being uniquely developed and strengthened in order to successfully launch into the work world beyond GOTRLA. We believe every girl deserves the opportunity to pursue her goals and dreams. There are no limits to what a young woman with confidence can achieve!
