About Us

Girls Giving Back is a 501c3 non-profit grass roots organization with no employees. Our base of dedicated volunteers fulfill the organization's mission, we:
-Work in collaboration and with King, Pierce, and Snohomish county non-profits who provide emergency shelters to people in our community
-Focus on physical cosmetic improvements inside shelters
-Provide physical and visual improvements such as paint, fixtures, moldings, carpet, furniture, etc.
-Work in collaboration with business sponsors who generously donate materials
-Develop a work plan with the shelter's non-profit agency and deliver improvement services on-time with minimal disruption to the day-to-day operation of the shelter
-Ensure a safe project environment especially for volunteers and residents of shelters
-Collaborate with non-profit shelters and be impartial to any organization(s)
-Ensure that GGB maintains high standards of integrity and ethics in action, decisions, and communication
-Maintain confidentiality of shelter locations and identity of residents if required by the non-profit
