Recruits leaders/volunteers and distributes Volunteer Application packets to new volunteers. Works with parents/guardians to determine best placement of girls, whether in an existing or newly established troop/group. Maintains troop/group waiting lists and establishes new troops/groups as needed. One-year term.

Provides encouragement, support, and ideas to troop/group volunteers. It is recommended that the Coach have been a Troop/Group Leader/Volunteer familiar with the Girl Scout Program. Troop/Group Coaches may serve at each grade level, by school, or Service Unit-wide. One-year term.
