About Friends of Freeport... bring them home

Dear Friends of Freeport, twelve months ago, this homeowner put his life on hold. Although his house had been devastated by Sandy, he served the residents and Village of Freeport for weeks after the storm, helping to safeguard you and I as his home lay in ruin. This first responder gives his all for our village not only as one of Freeport bravest, but serving as on the it’s deputy fire chiefs. He does his part…. It’s time now for us to do our part!



Saturday, join us on West Fourth Street to help another first responder restore his home. As our RockStar team works their magic indoors, you will find our GreenThumb crew hard at work as they close out the season helping long time residents on Nassau Avenue. They quickly turn blight into bright!
