About Hospice Volunteer

Forrest General Hospice and Asbury House is searching for hospice volunteers. We have many opportunities within the hospice house and also within patient’s homes in Hattiesburg and outlying areas as well.
Volunteer opportunities:
• Providing emotional support
• Relief visits so caregiver can run errands
• Read to patients
• Play cards
• Simply provide companionship
• Answering phones
• Mailings
• Copying
• Projects such as crafts and gifts
