About Kitten/Cat Foster Special Needs

Helping community cats with Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) includes the rescue of kittens that can be socialized and adopted into loving homes. Fostering a litter of kittens is such a rewarding experience as you nuture their relationship with people, interact with them with toys and playtime, and help develop their purrsonalities so they will have the trust and confidence to become a loving member of their new family. Foster time with a litter of kittens can be several weeks to a month. Availability of foster kittens can be intermittent. Training and all supplies are provided.

Special Needs Fosters have some experience in socializing older kittens that may need more specialized socialization techniques to help them gain the trust they need to be a valued member of their new family.

Special Needs Fosters may foster kittens that need special care post surgery or ongoing treatments for recovery.

Special Needs Fosters may foster adult cats that need special care post surgery or ongoing treatments for recovery.

Special Needs Foster may foster adult cats that need help rebuilding their trust and confidence so they can become a valued member of their new family.
