About Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Food Bank of the Southern Tier!

To sign-up for a volunteer shift, visit www.foodbankst.org/volunteer to register through our volunteer hub!

Our on-site volunteer shifts are open:

Monday thru Thursday: 9:00am – 12:00pm & 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Friday 9-12 pm


Please check our website for our upcoming off-site events such as Community Food Distributions and Mobile Food Pantries.

Volunteer shifts are scheduled by appointment only, we cannot accommodate walk-ins. Space is limited due to our COVID-19 guidelines.
Once registered with a username and password, you will be able to view all the available volunteer opportunities.
