About AARP Foundation: Celebration of Service 2019

The AARP Foundation and US Hunger (Feeding Children Everywhere's domestic brand) are partnering together for the 5th year in a row to package 1,000,000 meals for the Washington DC community. There will be great music, good fun and a volunteer experience like no other!


Details about our Celebration of Service are as follows:

Date: Wednesday, September 11th, 2019

Shift 1: 7:00am-12:30pm
Shift 2: 10:30am-4:45pm

Volunteers are only required to stay for one shift but can volunteer all day if they would like.

Location:

National Mall, Washington, DC

Perks:

- Breakfast or lunch will be provided depending on shift time
- A free T-shirt will be provided to wear the day of the event and keep

We're looking for 150 excited volunteers to help us make this the best event yet!
