HELP US FUND BIZ BUILDER SPORTS-YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Family Biz Builder believes that children and youth can change their behavior.

Research have shown that behavioral problems can effect children and youth of all ages. Some have serious behavioral problems such as disobedience, attitude, communication, laziness, stubbornness, just to name a few. Their behavior sometimes continue for several months and even years which is a long lasting effect which causes problems at home, school, employment and their careers.

Biz Builder Sports –Youth Development Program focuses on character, life skills and money management development to give the children and youth an opportunity to identify issues in their behavior while playing the games of golf and tennis.

The professional Golf and Tennis coaches at Tunica National in Robinsonville, MS, offers their time to train the children and youth on the fundamental skills of golf and tennis. After playing for many months, they are excited to learn the game of golf and tennis and they have a better understanding  of the game.  

Biz Builder Sports coach and  develop their character and life skills as they have fun learning the games. The children and youth receive a monetary reward for good behavior, teaching them that bad behavior could cause them not to be successful in every area of their lives.  In the money management development training, they are learning the discipline of budgeting, saving and spending money. After attending the Biz Builder Sports briefing workshops - they are more cautious and aware of their behavior problems and know they will receive a reward.  These events allow the children, youth and parents to enjoy a different environment while spending time together.

Is the program a success?  Yes it is. The parents have said that their children and youth are now aware of what has been causing some of their problems at home and in school. They now know they can CHOOSE to change their behavior.
