The legacy that a father creates – and leaves – for his
descendants is of great value. The success of his seed, both spiritually
and in the natural, is deeply rooted in the foundation he lays.
I am so grateful for the legacy my father laid for me. I do not take
lightly the privilege I was given to be born into the Price family.
Neither am I ignorant of the sacrifice and long suffering of my earthly
father to ensure that there is honor in his name not just for himself,
but for the generations that would be birthed from his loins. My father
cared and understood the importance of being a man of integrity before
God. Not only that, he knows the value of commitment and consistency.
These values are the reasons Apostle Price is a successful man of God,
husband and father.
Because of Apostle Price’s commitment to the things of God, he has not
only laid up a legacy for his own bloodline, but also for others who have
adopted him as their spiritual father, fine men and women, both ministers
of the Gospel and otherwise. Some of these individuals never had a real
father figure in their lives that they could look to as an example, nor
from whom they could receive sound spiritual and practical guidance. Wow,
what a legacy.
Our Heavenly Father loves and cares so much for mankind that in order to
preserve His family, He made the ultimate sacrifice. God sent His only
begotten son into this world to redeem us back to Him.
John 3:16: For God so loved the world that He gave His only
begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have
everlasting life.
Conversely, Jesus is the ultimate example of a son committed to the will
of his father. Obedient unto death, He is now our High Priest, making
intercession for the blood washed and declared righteous. His name is
above all names and we will all bow before Him.

Heb. 4:14: Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who
has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast
our confession.”
What legacy are you leaving as a father? What legacy was left by your
father? Whether your father was a man of integrity and honor, one that
you could always depend on, one that was always there for you, someone
you could talk to – or if he was totally the opposite or somewhere in
between – please know that your Heavenly Father cares for you.
If Jesus is your Lord, you are not an orphan nor an afterthought. God
sees you the way He sees Jesus – above and not beneath, a conqueror and
not the conquered, seated in high and heavenly places. Our Heavenly
Father has translated you into His marvelous light simply by your
confession of faith that Jesus is Lord, making you part of the Body of
Christ. You have been redeemed back into the family of God.
