Workforce Development

Hosted by: EOTC

About Workforce Development

EOTC’s Workforce Development division introduced the community’s first single parent/displaced homemaker program and the region’s first open-entry career center for dislocated workers. Recognized as a top performer by Pennsylvania’s Department of Labor and Industry, EOTC was also selected by the National League of Cities to pilot a Transitional Jobs model.

Today, EOTC assists unemployed and under-employed individuals of all backgrounds, including those who have lost jobs by corporate downsizing and manufacturer closings, and those with multiple barriers to employment.
