The Annual Avenues of Hope Campaign for homeless programs is underway and ends December 31.
The Emmett School District is required by federal law to support students of Homeless families and receives federal funding for doing so.
However, the needs are always greater than the funding. That holds true in Gem County as well.
A national annual campaign provides some of the additional support and the Emmett School District can reap some of those rewards.
Every donation of $25 or more will help provide critical resources to ensure Idahoans in need have access to safe, stable, affordable housing, and supportive services.
Together we can strengthen housing-related nonprofits throughout Idaho to open up Avenues of Hope, help prevent homelessness and improve affordable housing options.
