The Annual Avenues of Hope Campaign for homeless programs starts today! The fundraiser ends December 31, but your contribution before noon today could net an extra $500 if 12 different donors give at least $25
The Emmett School District is required by federal law to support students of Homeless families and receives federal funding for doing so.
However, the needs are always greater than the funding. That holds true in Gem County as well.
A national annual campaign provides some of the additional support and the Emmett School District can reap some of those rewards.
The 2020 campaign begins at 8:00 a.m. MT on December 10, 2020, and ends December 31, 2020.
Every donation of $25 or more will help provide critical resources to ensure Idahoans in need have access to safe, stable, affordable housing, and supportive services.
There are several prizes the Emmett School District can win, starting with $500 on the first day if there are 12 unique donors who each give at least $25 online via your credit card.
Together we can strengthen housing-related nonprofits throughout Idaho to open up Avenues of Hope, help prevent homelessness and improve affordable housing options.
